A certified specialist in Estates and Trusts Law is a recognized leader in the area of estates and trust law who has the requisite skill and knowledge to qualify for certification as a specialist by the Law Society of Upper Canada. A certified specialist designation holder has practised for a minimum of seven years, has substantial involvement in the Estates and Trusts Law, has complied with the professional development requirements and professional standards set by the Law Society of Upper Canada.
