Parkha is an associate lawyer at Sweatman Law, and is part of the estate litigation team at the firm. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2015.
Parkha received her legal education in the United Kingdom, and holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Warwick and a Master of Laws from University College London.
After coming to Canada, Parkha attended the Law Practice Program (LPP) at Ryerson University, and completed the work placement component of the LPP with the Office of General Counsel at The Sheridan College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning.
After being called to the Bar, Parkha worked at a well-reputed general practice law firm in Milton, which provided her with exposure to several different areas of law. She joined Sweatman Law in 2017 to further pursue her interest in estate law.
Parkha is fluent in Urdu and can speak Pashto.
